ARPANET was a computer network created by the Department of Defense of the United States to use it as a means of communication between the different academic and state institutions.


 













5.What is Word Wide Web?
It is a system for distributing hypertext documents interconnected and accessible to the Internet. With a web browser they can contain texts, images, videos or other multimedia content, and browse through those pages using hyperlinks.

Social networks are a global phenomenon that expand as open systems in constant construction of themselves, as well as the people who use them.


7.Browser

Is an application that allows access to the Web, reads information about the types of files and websites to be viewed.

Its basic function is to allow the visualization of text documents, possibly with embedded multimedia resources. In addition, it allows you to visit web pages and do activities in it, such as: link one site with another, print, send and receive mail, among other functionalities.

The Internet can be accessed from a dial-up connection 
via satellite, mobile broadband and cell phones or
